- Du træner på samme tidspunkt som (men ikke sammen med) to andre klienter – indenfor et fastsat tidsrum, to dage om ugen.

I had 4 months of personal training with Mathilde, twice a week. Before that I did not do any sports for over 10 years, and I always felt intimidated by "going to a fitness center" and to "work out". However, after the first personal meeting with Mathilde, I felt right at ease, and it was clear what to expect. In the two times a week sessions, Mathilde explained various exercises and machines to me. How to use them, how often you should repeat the workouts, how to build up your goals and a routine. She also explained how each exercise affects your body and how it helps you. That REALLY helped to get me started, and she really INSPIRED me to work out. Mathilde is a great trainer, and she is a super nice person as well. She will really help you. She gave me the confidence to work out by myself, keeping a routine, and now I really enjoy working out thanks to her. I can highly recommend Mathilde!

Mathilde has been my trainer for the past 1.5 years, where I participated in her Team training. Mathilde is an incredibly kind and competent personal trainer, who takes the time to explain the exercises and makes you feel at ease. I have some minor physical challenges and therefore need some adjustments in some exercises. But that has never been a problem and I never felt different. I always feel I have had a thorough workout, and I can clearly notice progress. In this period I have learned to love going to the gym, I feel stronger and happy in my skin. Mathilde has had a big role in this! 5 stars overall!
Jeg har haft Mathilde som træner siden forår 2022. Mathilde er en virkelig dygtig coach, som har formået at give mig nye perspektiver og nye mål for min fysiske træning. Hendes tilgang med fokus på teknik og gradvis opbygning ift at opnå mine mål, gør mig glad og giver mig lyst til at blive ved med at udfordre/udforske min fysiske formåen. Mathilde er mega god til at aflæse mig, og ved præcist hvordan hun skal tilrettelægge træningen, så det giver mening for mig.
I have had Mathilde Nancy as a trainer for a total of 11 months. I started out with no weightlifting or strength training experience whatsoever, and she has helped me build a workout routine specifically tailored to meet my training goals and to support an active and healthy lifestyle. I can highly recommend Mathilde as a trainer for anyone new to strength training.
